Little Caesars Pizza - Monmouth

Worst staff and service I found everywhere. Tonight, for example. placed an online order, had to wait 1 HOUR on 1 pizza and bread sticks. Get it in the car, and our pizza, which should be an extremely best pepperoni, is a regular cheese pizza I swear had to be a day old. No warmth, couldn't even bite it. They told us we need to wait at least 45 minutes to get the right pizza and then almost rejected a refund. We refunded $8 and lost an hour. Except unacceptable.

They ordered the extra pepperoni pizza, 15 minutes waiting for them to cook. We're sorry we accidentally made an extra cheese pizza, so here's that and a normal pepperoni to make it.? Whatever, good, mistakes happen. As long as I get pepperoni pizza, I'm happy. I'm coming home and both pizzas are cheese, not paprika on both pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous

I come here more often then I would like to admit. I can't remember a time when my pizza was all the way cut, the phones were answered, or the breadsticks were cooked right. Definitely understaffed and rude most of the time because of it.

I love this pizza as do my kids but this location needs to step it up 4 times my pizza hasn?t been cut all the way through today again after my daughter asked nicely to cut it all the way through not only that one of my pizzas was burnt to the point it was too hard for my kids to chew smh i tried calling no answer smh idk what?s happening but they really need to get some improvements and management should really step up and train better

This site has management that is really about the quality of the service and products they are exhibiting. They will do their best to solve problems that can occur. This is a very clean and well-stocked location. I stormed and saw several locations in trouble and chaos. I prefer this place over the majority.
