Arby's - Monmouth

Had to wait longer than what the app had said it would be ready by. Curly fries were over done. The chicken strips were not strips in my opinion but yet not a chicken nugget.. not impressed with this Arby's.

I always had good experiences, today I am disappointed in Arbys.the employees don't answer, i told him he was ready to order and they ignored me.When they finally answered me, I asked for salad and a very rude young woman answered me that they have not sold salad for more than a year.So I asked for a sandwich and a chocoshake and a young man answered me that the drink machine doesn't serve him and that they don't know the sandwich I asked for.Arbys should look at the people they hire as this young lady and young man lack customer service attitude, I just wanted my wife who is pregnant to have a good night and they made her feel bad.
