Bodegon A Catedral - Mondonedo

We arrived late and all try tables were taken but Vanessa saved us a table and straight away sat us down. I had the Cod with sauce and it was amazing. The food was a 10/10 and the service as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice little place at the top of the plaza of the cathedral. Had some sits outside looking the cathedral. The waiter was fast and the tapas the typical of the area. The second time we visited, the waiter didn't attend us after 15 min we left. So, I guess it is a good place for the first time only :

Advertised a menu with a couple of options outside, but in fact there was more choice. Weather meant sitting inside was necessary. Its not very big, so tables were in demand. Good was cooked in small galley. Good portions and home cooked options. Nice owner.

I don't say one because the place itself leaves a lot to want. not by small, also, if not by the mess and the left in the decoration and the image. But at lunchtime, my mother! We asked for a menu and a serving of octopus. The best octopus I've ever tasted! menu several dishes to choose from. a rice with chipirones and a cod to the spectacular Portuguese. a bottle of albariño, coffees, dessert. atmosphere in the bar, very familiar totally recommended.

With views of the doll cathedral, we ate on the terrace, took the menu of the day, on the board just put a couple of firsts and a couple of seconds but then offered us many more things, very good service, very friendly, and very rich food, you can not ask for more for less than € in front of the cathedral.
