Bidrage med feedbackJust the worst tims in moncton. always have everything in the restaurant and be ready to wait 20 minutes, no matter how many people are before them
No muffins. Not happy. Still an hour and half left when I arrived . This happens way too much. Soon going to have to bring my own. Not happy they threw out lots of chili and soup. Should offer it at half price for the last hour to get rid of it
Good morning,Apparently, one NON supervisor, who was one of 5 individuals (4 working at drive thru) working during this mornings peak rush time decided that she would harass a another staff member who was doing a task in the back, calling her from the gate to the back and making comments as she walked back to the sandwich bar; as I stood in line with 5 other people and as she walked right by us instead of taking our order TWICE. Then while the staff member was serving me, another customer came in for the 3rd time and went to the sandwich bar to complain that his coffee was made incorrectly and instead of making it herself, she, in a harassing tone and louder each time to the individual serving me calling her by her first name 3 times to get her attention to make the customers coffee. I stated, she was busy and the BULLY/employee huffed and made comments under her breath and proceeded to make the complaining customers coffee correctly, she is lucky I did not call her on her behaviour in the store. This kind of behaviour is learned and has obviously been tolerated because she is still employed. I want to ensure you as a former Tim Hortons employee for 10 years I KNOW the duties of the stations assigned but the TOP PRIORITY is customer service. NOT passing the buck, using harassing tone, getting louder each time and definitely not huffing and making comments under ones breath.
I was just stuck in the drive thru here for 45 minutes. The staff are not the problem. They were more than polite, and clearly worked off their feet. Where is management when things go this far south ? Do they not have arms, legs, and a heartbeat ? How about upper management above the franchise level ? Do they not visit their own stores or buy their own damn product, particularly at various locations ? Absolutely unacceptable.
Mostly what's to be expected. Nice they're open a tad later til 10. Would be nice to have 24 hours like I was used to in the Timmy's home town of Hamilton. Orders are USUALLY correct. Still wish Tim Hortons would do better on prices and portion sizes. Wasn't that long ago donuts and drinks were half the price and a toonie got 20 Timbits. That's not the fault of the location but hopefully the franchisee can bring it up.
