Pizza Twice - Moncton

They gave us a wrong order, lied about it (even if they had evidence), and refused to do it right!

I adore Pizza Twins. Their pizzas are absolutely amazing, especially the Donairs. The prices are fair and the staff is incredibly friendly and polite.

Is really the best pizza and I like it donair, and service friendly and if I take order for delivery is fast.

I picked up a flyer from the computer desk at the hotel entrance and decided to order two large pizzas for $29.99 each. We also ordered a garlic finger for $4.99. The total came to $39.53, but when the order arrived, the invoice was $51.30. I questioned the discrepancy and was told that the Donair pizza we ordered had an additional $3 charge that was not advertised on the flyer. The server also mentioned a $5 delivery fee, as well as another $1 charge that I was not aware of. After some calculations, the delivery fee was removed, but I was still left feeling misled by the unexpected charges. If extra fees are common, they should be clearly stated on the flyer or mentioned when ordering. It was frustrating to end up paying nearly $45 for a pizza due to hidden charges.

This place is based as a take out, it's small and does have a few tables but it's not ideal for dining in. But the food!!!!! AWESOME!!! BEST DONAIRS IN MONCTON! Pizza is fabulous also. We buy their donairs all the time. They are always very polite and happy. We had a problem ONCE and they solved it immediately and replaced our order. I recommend this place to everyone, you will not be sorry for trying them. :
