Osteria E Gastronomia La Cadrega

The restaurant is at the heart of the historical center of Moncalieri, only 15-20 minutes away from Torino center. The food is excellent and the staff is polite and attentive. The restaurant is part of the Slow Food association.

Yesterday we stumbled across this amazing eatery. There was a choice between a la carte or a tasting menu. The tasting menu is a seasonal selection, with this weekend celebrating peppers. The food was divine with our favourites being the peppers done 3 ways (roasted peppers with anchovies and butter, bagnacouda sauce and tonnata sauce). The rabbit dish was probably the best rabbit meal Ive ever had. Good service and lovely setting made this a truly memorable meal

Un bel piccolo ristorante nel cuore di palloncini d'aria calda abbiamo trovato molto bello personale cordiale e preparato. Abbiamo un bel vitello tonno, anche gli altri piatti erano al posto. L'unica cosa che può essere fatto è la piccola carta del vino, mi aspetto alcune etichette in più anche ad alto livello medio. Continua. altamente raccomandato.
