Bidrage med feedbackI took a plate of spaghetti with bottarga and zucchini that was wonderful. Not to mention the dotted sword with a great balance of flavors. I wouldn't have given him a lira, it was a pleasant discovery.
We discovered this place on the Internet and went to try it. At lunch they make a 8€ menu with a first one second a bottle of water and a coffee. Really very good! I highly recommend it
I know it's a bar but for me it's the best restaurant in Moncalieri for how to eat! Congratulations to the cook because every dish of his is always the top!
The passion of cook Giovanni in cooking can be seen in the presentation of every single dish, even in those offered at lunch. The theme menu The fish proposed in these summer weeks is to try absolutely.. It starts with a carpaccio of Ligurian octopus, to follow a flan of peppers with spicy shrimp. . dishes with a delicate taste, presented with care and taste. It follows a fantastic risotto with cuttlefish and finally a grill of fish and vegetables. It ends with a very fresh Bavarian lemon of Sorrento, also prepared by the cook.. all accompanied by an excellent Arneis (among the wines offered). The themed menus proposed by Provenzale are never composed of many courses but the portions are abundant and the search for quality in the products and the passion and care in cooking them and presenting them create an excellent result. I attach some photos for those who want to get an idea.. It will always be a pleasure to return to enjoy some dinner themed at Provence, thank you Giovanni!
