Long-lived and staff is to young to care about quality or correctness

Kinda feel like they omit half your order on purpose. Then you have to explain to the window lady who speaks as much English as I do Spanish that the order is wrong Guess they put here there to make people feel like it’s a pointless conversation and we just leave defeated. How about good English speakers at the window lots of us live here and maybe do some quality checks on the buns, they been hard and seem stale.

My 3 year old niece could’ve put a burger together better than what they did. They were very nice though.
