Just went tonight and the service and food was exceptional. Understood about my kids when they made a mess and understood about me wanting my sundae after eating dinner. Plus the French Fries was super good and hot, not all cold and crispy. Kid-friendliness: Definitely perfect for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for handicapped, as well as for strollers

DQ is a nice treat for us. I had not eaten a meal there for months. Service was excellent. Food was as good as always. Several friends were there at the same time. They may meet there regularly. Nice funny surprise. Parking: Parking spots are angled toward Stockton Ave which is fine for those driving south on Stockton. It is illegal to turn left into DQ if driving north on Stockton, although plenty of drivers do that, risking gridlock or an accident. It's better, but still tricky to enter from 15th St. Legal and better to enter from Doris Ave, but then all the parking is angled toward Stockton. Minor annoyance.

Food is very reliable. Drive through is slow...but food is fresh!

I ordered four (4) steak dinner basket. Food was good. Okay-fries. Service was good. Went thru Drive Thru. Got my food order accurate. That's always a plus! Probably will be back.

Honestly the food is consistent and I'm hardly ever disappointed however there is much room for improvement on the service time, there have been times when I order pay and receive my food in about 5-7 min at the drive thru however more often than not it takes 15-20 minutes to be served. It is not a deal breaker but I often avoid going all together on lunch breaks as they just are not quick enough for people on the clock.
