What a lucky find … ended up coming every night of our stay . Made us feel very welcome , staff lovely and friendly . Good wine, cocktails and food all well priced . Would definitely recommend this little bar if your in the area . Thank you ! X

It's not a spot, a cafè or a bar: it's an institution. A must-visit when around! The best cocktails in the neighborhood and beyond, super kind and fast service and view to the lake as well.

So, this a typical example why you should read Trip before going!!! If I had knew about this place I would have be sad I couldn't find a nice bar on the way back to Tosnacco from Carate!! I stopped at the Micromercato in Moltrasio because I wanted something to drink (and we're not talking about juices here! :D) They, Paolo Monica helped me and I bought a nice bottle of Orvieto wine, but when I tried to open it..I brook the cork!! So, with the bottle in my hand I was looking for someone that could help me to open it. I came by this little bar..and the guy inside was very very kind and helped me open it. If I'd arrive before, I would have stopped here for my drink while watching the sunset, but as it was..the bar was full of happy men and I felt stupid stopping. (I was trekking alone) So I found myself a bench where I admire the sunset drinking my Orvieto wine, eating my panino and delicious cake! . Next time I will stop..because I'm coming back!!!

Lovely friendly staff. Amazing drinks. The view from here over Lake Como was beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place, very good cocktails (ask Alessandro to prepare them). Tables on the outside offer a good view, stop for a drink at the aperitivo time or just for a coffee. Italian football games on the weekend (especially Juventus games). Also good for a fast lunch
