Sofra Kolonjare - Mollas

A beautiful place at about 1,000 feet height. traditional and delicious dishes. Most ingredients local. Even bread gets baked. The owner speaks Italian and angels. Very kind! There's a small camping part and there's rooms rented. A short walk will bring you to idyllic lake. To experience the real albany. I spent a few nights in this paradise. Being in the hills with infinite view was unique experience.

This was my first time at Sofra Kolonjare and what a wonderful experience it was!! The food was absolutely amazing…fresh cheese and butter with kulac and we also had some really good and very well cooked lamb! The owner was very attentive to all our requests and an amazing host! I wish I knew in advance that they had rooms I would have stayed the night! Perhaps another time! Thank you Sofra Kolonjare for the unique experience and Edi for being an amazing host!

Friendly and very striving. before the opening hours, the senior manager has provided a coffee and a small breakfast. after that there was a tour through his grill sanctuary

I recommand ! You are so warmly welcomed, the food (typical from Albania) is delicious and the hosts even give some family speciality like candied grapes !
