I ordered online they gave my food to someone named Kelsey… I asked if they could discount it at all because now I’m running late back to work for them to remake my order… she told me they didn’t charge me a dollar for the cream cheese I added… or that they can just not remake the order foods amazing but the customer service is lacking… I work in the industry and i get mistakes happen but if this was my experience I would have offered to take some money off the bill for the inconvenience
