Long John Silver's A&w (7501) - Moline

Very upset , 27 minutes in the drive thru.Togo orders should be priority.No excuses. I'm a regular , food is always good and always get great service when inside...Something went wrong today.I hope the manager reads this post.Thank youJason

My wife and I come for the Best Service in Town with Great Fish and Chicken planks! I come for the Root beer the best in town! The restaurant was clean with smiles on everyone that day we came to visit during Lunch hours. I want to Thank A&W Restaurant (Moline, IL) the Whole Team on outstanding Job serving Quad Cities! Thank you A&W Team/Store !!!!!

Unfriendly staff and the price on the menu did not agree with the price that came up on the electronic register. It took way too long to get the manager.

Very disappointed. Just left the moline location. Was sitting in drive thru for little more than 5 minutes waiting for the vehicle in front of us to order. Upon completing their order and pulling forward restaurant shut off the lights, building,ordering sign. When pulling forward they said I'm sorry were closed at 8. It was 8:03. And had been in line prior to restaurantclosing. Sign on drive thru said starting 9-5-22 restaurant will be closing Mondays due to be short staffed until furthernotice. Understanding of that. But nothing about closing early as the door reads 10pm. Not normally one to be upset as EVERYONEis short staffed. But 2 employees saw my vehicle in the drive thru prior to 8 pm. We couldn't order because we were in linewaiting before 8 pm.

Chicken size was like a chicken bite size. I've also cut a bun. fish was hard and tasted as if he was sitting for hours. only so good was the colleague
