San Giorgio - MOLA DI BARI

We had the set meal of the day. At €20 per person, you get 4 Antipasti, Primi, Secondi and coffee or amaro. We were offered 2 types of pasta for the primi and both were good. The secondi was a steak which is one of the best in Italy's considering the price. A good cut, and it was medium rare. Which is how a steak should be! (Most places serve it well-done which makes it tough). Service was great as I was introduced to the dishes they had on display and after every dish, we were checked on to see if everything was good. (I think our empty plates are a compliment to the food served). We add on half a litre of red wine at €5. Simple and delicious food at very reasonable price. Highly Recommended!

Good food, nice service and great local atmosphere!

Came in hot and hungry. The staff, Donato, was very welcoming. He served us the best eggplant parmesan and carbonara pasta my wife and I have had in our lives. The place is very clean as well. We walked from the seashore to there and it was worth every step. 10/10 stars.

We stopped at San Giorgio on our way to Brindisi and had the most amazing dinner. Such friendly people who chose the food for us, delicious antipasti, pizza to die for and spaghetti was perfect. Highly recommend!

Delicious! Excellent service and food! We wanted spaghetti assassin and Donato did not disappoint! He made it for us since it was not on the menu!
