Bidrage med feedbackI recently visited this restaurant for my husband’s birthday and it was a remarkable experience. The atmosphere exudes charm and intrigue. What sets this place apart is the fusion of traditional ingredients and adding a contemporary flair to the cooking and presentation. It’s a culinary adventure too good to miss. The service is impeccable and staffs knowledge and passion shines through thank you Francesco) This place is a real gem, just off the square and it has a cocktail bar with an extensive menu. We plan to return before our trip home.
Beautiful restaurant. Food was impeccable. We ordered: Insalata di polpo, Parmigiana di zucchine, Salmone affumicato al Lapsang Souchong, and Filetto di Manzo. For cocktails we ordered: the John Dillinger, the La banana (Rum Edition) and Prosecco. IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS !! 10/10 service, presentation, and execution. Very delicious.
Okay….my spouse is Molese and I’ve been here a lot. This place opened a couple years ago but I’ve finally had the chance to go. It’s freaking amazing! Hidden jem. I really like most places around here and Puglia in general but I’m super impressed here. First, it’s a really cool vibe inside. Perfect for an intimate date with award winning cocktails. Second, we are in the piazza outside. Not super crowded, no tourists and I’m here in August. Perfect breeze and fine dining outside setting for dinner. Third, the fresh made pasta tagliatelle alla cacciatora (pasta with rabbit) was perfect. Service was great…I’m a typical American when it comes to expecting great service. Francesco was our service and he did well…especially considering my spouse is in industry and expects a bit too much sometimes. Prices are awesome. Highly recommend.
Un locale nato principalmente come cocktail bar come non se ne trovano nel raggio di chilometri, dove si degustano drink originali, nati dalla maestria del proprietario Joe Marzovilla, ormai riconosciuta a livello nazionale. Un posto perfetto sia per gli appassionati dei cocktail classici (se amate il gyn tonic questo è il locale giusto per voi) che per chi desidera esplorare nuovi gusti, in questo caso troverete un’ampia selezione di creazioni originali (consiglio il Chakra Viola, un autentico capolavoro di sapori).Nella parte ristorante la storia si ripete, un menù di pochi piatti ma tutti molto ricercati, con accostamenti di sapori che esaltano l’esperienza gustativa e le presentazioni quella visiva (anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte). Il tutto da abbinare ad una bottiglia di buon vino, la cui scelta potete affidare al consiglio di personale cortese e preparato. E non perdetevi il dolce!Infine il ParlaPiano è anche il bar ideale per la colazione, qui potrete degustare dei cornetti che non troverete da nessun’altra parte, provare per credere!A Mola di Bari esiste dunque il locale perfetto, ma non Parliamone Piano: GRIDIAMOLO!

I discovered this refined and elegant place over a year ago and keep coming back as often as possible for the unparalleled culinary experience, wonderful cocktail and, most of all, for the professional and warm welcome and service. A must try when in Puglia!
