Wendy's - Mokena

I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal and only received 9 nuggets. I also ordered a biggie meal with 4 nuggets but only got 3. I ordered a baked potato but didn't realize it was missing until I drove off. I ordered 3 drinks and 3 meals but only received 1 napkin and no straws. I couldn't even complete a survey because I wasn't given a receipt.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, and I believe that the management is incompetent at their jobs. They do not order enough food to meet the demands of their customers or properly train their staff to prepare for the day. My family and I have visited multiple times as it is conveniently located near our home, but there are always menu items that are unavailable such as sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes, chili, and Frostys. We have been told repeatedly that these items are not available at the moment. I do not usually write reviews, but after experiencing the same issue countless times, I strongly advise others not to choose this Wendy's as they are likely to have a disappointing dining experience like I have.
