Raw Sushi Bistro - Modesto

The best food and if you like Sushi and great drinks and very nice people serving you its a sweet big place to have a great time.

We had been looking forward to splurging at Raw for a while. Arrived and immediately sat down. Ordered and was not disappointed at all. Portions, freshness, and flavors were all on point. We over ordered and over ate! The miso was the only item I would not have to have again. It wasn't bad, but for the price, it wasn't something I needed, especially when most Japanese restaurants throw it in for free. Our waiter was attentive and kept our beverages full.

Very good food. The ambiance is also perfect. Service is pretty fast. Price is very reasonable. Definitely will come back.

This place, I can't say anything but that we rolled out of there so satisfied with our food! It was Tuesday evening and the restaurant was full! Appetizers, cocktails and main course were all BEYOND our expectations. Would definitely recommend 10/10

This is my 2nd time dining in at the Raw Sushi Bistro. Today my mom and i decided to start with two appettizers, Fried Oysters and Garlic Edamame (Delicious! For lunch we got Spicy Dragon Roll, Spicy salmon roll and The beef cilantro roll, which my mom loved. Special shoutout to our server Ryan, i have never gotten my appettizers and food so quickly. His costumer service was phenomenal!!. Special shoutout to the chefs as well. Really, really good food and great service!!!
