There were 5 of us who arrived, the time was less than an hour and a half before closing; upon entering we were immediately informed that due to the timing in question, the tasting menu was not available. Our experience developed like a lucid nightmare, from which awareness could do nothing to escape, once having seen the proposals on the menu, there were those who opted for tortellini, those for cereals and those for something else. more exotic, the result was the same, small portions disguised as haute vegetal cuisine. Excessively high prices for eating very little and sometimes even badly. Be careful of brewer's yeast in cereals, two of our survivors experienced abdominal cramps after finishing eating. The ambience of the restaurant is evocative. The way the bathroom is made for example or the sound-absorbing panels under the table, the lights, the stones in the sink, the provision of tampax in the bathroom, all very nice. A trip It is difficult to put into words the incredible experience I had at the Erbavoglio Restaurant. It exceeded my every expectation. In particular, the skillful use of ingredients such as capers and oregano gave a depth and intensity to the dishes that delighted me. But there is a dish that has won my heart and my palate in an unforgettable way: cauliflower couscous. I never would have thought that a simple vegetable could be transformed into such a sublime dish. The delicacy of the cauliflower, combined with its texture, was enhanced by a combination of spices and aromas that literally made me close my eyes in pleasure. In addition to the extraordinary culinary quality, I must also highlight the excellent service I received. The staff was attentive, courteous and always available to satisfy my every request. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and relaxing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, the Erbavoglio Restaurant is a true jewel for lovers of vegetarian cuisine. I highly recommend anyone who wants an unforgettable dining experience to pay a visit to this magical place.
