Ocean Village Deluxe - Moca

This place is very nice, clean and reliable. My husband and I stayed six days and it was nice. We also loved that we felt safe and the customer service was top-tier! 10/10 recommend.

We love this place! Very refined with a phenomenal view. Gated community with a wonderful infinity pool and a very nice restaurant with very friendly staff and delicious food! We definitely recommend this place and we will definitely come back and stay for more days.

Book a stay through Airbnb, not to see that it was part of Ocean Village Deluxe, a private community in Sosua. There were 2 security stores to enter, so it felt extremely safe. felt very safe to stay here also with regard to COVID protocols. The complex had restaurants, water slides and infinity pools. There is a gym on the grounds for an extra charge. We love to stay in this villa with a private pool and cabanas. Although it is by the sea, there is no beach access from the villa. The interior of the villa was comfortable and modern, with strong AC. The WiFi was a little dirty, but could work and use zoom. The kitchen had all the flatware and cookware we needed. Filtered water was provided every day. Jairo was amazing to work with. He set up all taxi rides and excursions for us and we would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a top-class development with single-family villas and luxury condos. Great place for vacation!!!

Compared to everything else this place is a gem. But the ocean views are limited and the construction noise of the new home being built next to ours is a problem. It was hard to get past the guys at the vacation home community No Habla Español . Oh well day one I 'll come back and share photos later.
