Whataburger - Mobile

I was a little underwhelmed. The chicken inks were pretty good, but the pommes and the burgers did not seem as good as I thought it would be. It was barley any Mayo on my burger and the service was not as friendly as it should be. They were from a certain dessert for which I paid, and didn't refund my money, but thought it was a good idea to give me something I didn't want without asking me. The milkshake (white chocolate raspberry) was not worth the money. The first time Wasaburger and I were quite disappointed. I don't recommend going here.

I had never been, and my husband was excited to try. They hurried us the order and were then from salads and Dr. Pepper. We came back to the hotel, and the frits and onion rings were cold and boiled. We asked for everything on our cheeseburgers and got no cheese, salad, tomatoes and mustard.

Drive through Mobile yesterday and wanted a few Whataburgers. Two cars before us. After the order we waited for about 15-20 minutes and no one had received their food, none of the cars had even moved. There were no workers in the window. After we saw 2 people drive behind us, we decided to do the same, and when we were pulled away, we could see that the 2 workers were smoking cigarettes before leisure. Make yourself a favor and go elsewhere, judge by our experience and the other reviews, which is a terrible Whataburg location.

Usually you have no problems with this place. Previous visit I waited 25 minutes for my car-thru food after I paid for it without explanation. The food was right, the frits were boiled and the burger was perfect.

Arrived at about 4:30 am in the drive through line and was told the system was down and it would take 10 minutes. I sat at the speaker and asked about 6 minutes later would someone let me know when it would be up. There was no response. I pulled around and called 4 times no answer but seen this worker on her phone sitting down. Two other cars where behind me in line and didn?t order anything either. When I finally got someone on the phone I told him we were sitting here a while and he then said he believe I was calling the wrong location. I told him I was looking at him from the window and then he told someone I was there. A worker came to the window and said the system was down and I told her I called several times nobody answered and I even tried to talk through the speaker nobody said anything. Then she tried to tell me she was tied up doing things and making sandwiches and I informed her that I seen someone sitting on their phone the whole time.
