Panda Express - Mobile

This is the first time coming to this location. I got an order to go. When I left, I didn't realize that they didn't even put plastic ware in my bag. I did get a set of chopsticks and if this is what you get instead then I needed more sets since I did order a few things. They even forgot to put teriyaki sauce that I ordered. Other than that my meal was good.

I all I can say is, wow! Restaurant was spic and span. You could tell they really did an overhaul of it and the food was absolutely delicious. I also love their new ordering system is so easy for you to tell what’s in the box and everything was just perfect.Food: 5/5

The reason why I’m giving two stars is because I just like Panda Express in general. However, this location has got to get it together. I’m posting this only with the hope that they improve. The employees I have encountered haven’t been the nicest. Just very short and sound annoyed. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them to the fullest extent just by ordering. Multiple employees were wearing AirPods I guess to listen to music? This location is also very slow. I am hoping management sees the multiple low star reviews and makes some changes.

We walked inside between 7:45-8:00 pm. There wasn't a lot of fresh entrées out or much left, to be honest. I asked the cashier if they were gonna be cooking anything else? The crew yelled out the grill was shut down already!Now, I don't know what the store policy is, but I was like...For Real! I could be wrong, but that's some bad business to me!! If we had arrived about 8:30, I wouldn't be expecting much.
