Rick's Americana Grill - Moberly

This place is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We visited a location nearby and ordered from the Americana Grill. The special on the menu was fish and shrimp. I asked the waiter what kind of fish it was, but he didn't know and told me it wasn't crying. We waited an hour for our appetizers (which were basically just fat), and when my father-in-law inquired about our dinner, my father, who is 82 years old, was met with a dismissive attitude from the waiter, who casually said, "Cook it, man." At that point, we decided to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I encountered the manager of this restaurant today, and she was extremely rude to me. This negatively affected my overall experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We visit Rick's in Columbia and love the unique experience it offers. The onion rings are fantastic! We’ve tried the pasta, burgers, steak, and chicken, and we've never been disappointed. It's a great place to eat in Moberly.

We then waited an hour for our appetizers, which were excessively greasy. Finally, my father-in-law, who is 82 years old, asked the waiter when we could expect our dinners. The waiter, who seemed completely untrained and perhaps unqualified, responded with a dismissive, "It's cooking, MAN." At that point, we decided to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I had a negative experience with the manager at this restaurant today; she was quite rude to me. Based on this encounter, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
