Vegan Xpress - Mitzpe Ramon

The food is delicious! Unfortunately, the place is no longer vegan and has a combined menu with Hotelsol, where there is also vegetarian food.

If you’re in the area you MUST visit this place. Tiny family restaurant, just 3 tables outdoors. We ordered take away by whatsapp: mushroom burger with bacon and almond cheddar cheese, roast beef sandwich and veggie salad. Owners send you the menu in Hebrew and English, you text your order back and in 15 30 minutes it’s ready. Cash only! So about the food. It was DELICIOUS. I’m quite picky about vegan burgers and cheese but my oh my, this burger was one of the best I had. The taste, the texture, the presentation 10/10! So flavorful and beautiful Roast beef sandwich was very tasty as well. Definitely will visit again next time in Mitzpe Ramon.

In an incomprehensible but excellent decision we decided to take a day trip in the Mitzpe Ramon region. At noon we came to the Vegan Xpress that we had heard a lot about. What can I tell you, it was wonderful (especially the Brat-Rind sandwich that proudly compete on the best titles in the country) so we decided to spend the night at the Soul Vegan Vibes Hotel where the restaurant is located.
