Worst service ever. I am giving two stars for the location and panorama otherwise this place would deserve 0. We came in wanted to enjoy a nice lunch...

Ahhh, what a beautiful lake, what a beautiful hotel! we were always so happy when we turned a round about the sea. the caffeine draws a magic. there are really delicious freshly prepared cakes. I miss something. the apricot cake with real is a dream, also the cold dog, the cheesecake anyway. all torts and cakes are recommended. you can't get away with it. the two owners (brothers) are very communal and always strive for the fountain of the hospitable. the team is friendly and professional. the coffee is super, the kakao also. video to the lake and the loudersee hotel: [here link]

Grotten operation – everything together completely overwhelmed. Although on the third floor, employees – along with the Mit-Kraft-Expressing-a-sich-eminent Chef – do not succeed in bringing one to the table. Until you can order, it takes forever. The tea waits for 20 minutes; and it only comes after the cake (to which you had to wait long) was eaten. A hot chocolate (which was announced with milk); but was stirred with water and only at the top there is some milk foam) costs a total of 4.40 euros!!! When it went to the numbers and we were not ready to give tips, there was no change at once, although the purse was filled with coins. You can try. People, improve your service, then give you tips. A star deserves the location. Too bad it has to experience such a bad service in such a beautiful place.

An hour for a condition, no one wanted to come to the number, despite the invitation to the restaurant.
