Bidrage med feedbackWe went here for a late (sweet) breakfast, and had a table in their outside seat, with a view of the street life in the center of the middle forest. bäck is good. the prices are moderate and the service is also good.
On our last afternoon in the middle of the forest we have ventured into this charming local coffee shop and bakery. the selection of cakes and broths desire a lot, but I was drawn to have the apfelstrudel and what an inspired decision. astonishing baked and a filling without (minor) cinnamon, which seems all the others try to infect this classic. really charming personal and an authentic feeling made this an excellent discovery.
As domestic broth baker in the bay of san francisco was one of the funny developments the increased local availability of bread flour (emmer, gland, grain, etc.) to make regular flour supplement and broth with different taste profiles. if they look from the usa, they may not have access to such meals in many parts of the land, and/or bakeries that brote they contain. if they find a bakery they sell in the usa, they expect to pay for a blemish. These mehle and others are widespread mainly in northern Europe. at Fasl-Beck-Bäkerie zunterer, these brote are available to much cheaper trips and are definitely trying. they may not all love, but I suspect they will find at least one they desire to come home. many of these traditional/heirloom flours have a much weaker gluten structure than the two types of wine used in 95% of the baked goods produced in the usa. if they eat gluten, but have problems with it, they can find this brote to be easier on their system. next to the broth I also enjoy the many traditional baked goods that I used to enjoy as a child. one of the joyful to visit Germany has the opportunity to see all these tasty things again. the various cakes with seasonal fruits and dressed with a spicy many pleasant memories bring back to the food. here in august visited pfirsiche, apricots, berries and plant typical fruits. later in autumn it is probably about apples and pears. the prices are surprisingly lower compared to those we suffer in the area sf bay. I encourage them to try this bakery. I speak enough German that I command in German, but most employed speak English and will be able to help them if they speak English only.

What a nice little spot for afternoon coffee and dessert! They have a nice outdoor seating area! We enjoyed the topfenstrudel with vanilla creme sauce. The macchiato latte was delightful! This was a great stop for us!
