What to say ... Marrow bones well served but for the rest a small problem. No shank and no pinot gris (we are in a wine village). Efficient service but cuisine a little offbeat for a master restaurateur (no suggestions and wine only available on the menu while super good Italian Bordeaux on display). No fresh mushrooms even though it's the right season... Chinese mushrooms served with a marrow bone Experience with the gourmet passport still happy...
