Koubun Cafe - Mito

After all Senba Lake has to experience, come here late in the afternoon and watch the sunset over the lake. Have a croissant or a beautiful swan pastry and admire the view. Nice and warm in winter.

Good coffee, wonderful lake view. The egg salad Croissant ordered was very delicious!

This place is located by the lake. It’s so nice cafe. They have good coffee menu and casual restaurants. The wall is all windows so you can see beautiful lake here. And the parking is close. Good place to relax and spend slow day off.

The view is awesome and the staff is cool... but when I went there weren't many options :

We came at lunch time on a sunday and there were only 3 working staff, including in the kitchen. We waited 40 minutes for a small pizza and the waiter seemed very confused. We were not seated even after 10 minutes and there were 5 or 6 available tables. Not sure what happened here but it was an unpleasant experience.
