I did a mobile order using my wife's debit card and entered my name as the one who will pick it up. I set the pickup time for 8:15 pm since I had to run an errand nearby first. I arrived at Taco Bell a little after 8 and proceeded to the drive-thru per their instructions to tell them my name and they would start preparing my food. This is my second day in a row that I went through the drive-thru assuming the window associate has my order correct I received my single paper sack when I got home of course there was again no sauce no taco sauce it was included in my order again
This Taco Bell is going downhill fast due to the teenagers working there with absolutely ZERO soft skills or customer service. There is like 10 inches of snow on the ground so I placed a mobile order and it took a second for the app to push it through. The girl demanded my husband drive back around when he had already gotten stuck in a snow bank and was extremely rude to him! I ordered Chicken strip tacos. Not bad in taste but the are extremely small and one chicken strip tastes old. The soft tortillas were stale on both tacos. I just ate the inside of the taco. The quality of the food was very Disappointing.
