Smashburger - Missouri

It tasted so good I asked the guy who took the order's were they under new management and he said yes. From the taste of the food to the service was excellent. I hope this persist.

Ordered online and went to pick up but the store is closed. No signs, took my order and money and can’t contact them

20 minutes order in for 4 burgers. No one else in line but prioritizing online orders who are not present ahead of inside customers. The guy said it’s not 20 minutes and looked at his screen and it nearly was. Employees moving like snails and not even busy. Won’t order from here again simply since they wanted to argue.

Tl;dr-Food was good but dear god the operations are awful My girlfriend and I walked in and the first sign that something was amiss was the lack of menu. They had 2 small table menus at the counter but nothing else. After ordering our food, we sat down and saw others receiving their orders, many of which had various issues. 30 minutes after ordering, my food arrived at the table with my girlfriend’s nowhere to be seen. While the food was good (I liked the garlic fries), it took nearly 40 minutes in a barely-empty restaurant. The guy taking orders was clearly struggling and burgers would go left on the counter ready to be served for like 10 minutes at a time. My partner got hers well before I did, and her fries came cold. Multiple people went to the line reporting their food was cold or something was wrong with it. Not worth the $14
