The brisket, pulled pork, and turkey were absolutely delicious!! The rehearsal dinner was perfect!! The macaroni and cheese with brisket was so good, definitely should have ordered two of those!! We will most definitely be using them again for our catering in the future!

One the best kept secret for BBQ in Cass County. Brisket is tender you can see the smoke rings,burnt ends melt like butter and pulled pork is perfection!!! The owners are Awesome, price is fair and the place is clean I Really Love this place!!! Do drop by you won't be disappointed.

I’ve eaten a lot of BBQ in my days! My husband and I travel a lot, and I am here to say that Ray Baes is by far the best I’ve ever had!! The brisket was tender, the turkey was delicious, and the spare ribs…wow!! The smoked flavor is spot on! It’s a family owned and operated business, and everyone is super friendly!!
