Michael's Steak Chalet - Missouri

Went New Years eve. Charged $67 for a filet. Quality just wasn't there. Dry and little flavor. Wife ordered salmon and was good, but not great. Won't be back

Nikole took great care of us and made sure we were got anything we needed. Fantastic place to visit!

First off, the staff was over the top great and friendly....NO complaints about service. Food however was…bad. Prime rib was tough, cool and had little flavor. Baked potato was burnt and the salad…wow, probably couldn't have had a smaller bowl. Wife's stroganoff had little flavor and cool.. Atmosphere....window seat to see lake…not so great through very dirty windows. They gave steak half off price…not what I wanted. I'm fine with price if worth it…it wasn't. Very disappointing…

I don't leave many reviews, but I read a lot of them! Michael's Steak Chalet…Hands down the best dinner meal we have had in our 25 years at the Lake. From the fried lobster tail and salad to the prime rib and our waitress LeAnn! Highly recommend!
