They have a few vegan options (a Ramen broth but no vegan Ramen noodles, so they give you rice vermicelli noodles in what tasted like Mushroom Broth). Their Kimchi is apparently vegan, but they don't offer Kimchi Ramen for some reason, which would take this restaurant to the next level (you can order the ramen and the kimchi and put them together). Tofu buns are 5star. Soup sometimes yes and sometimes not. Bao is also good

One of my all-time favorite restaurants. I always bring my out-of-town guests here for the modernized ramen and buns. We love the ramen eggs so much, everyone always orders an extra.

I’ve been here a few times, the food is great. The only problem I have is that it takes an extremely long time to get the food. Do not come here expecting to get fast food. It usually takes over 40 minutes to get your food.

The wanton tacos were about the best thing I've ever ate soup was amazing. Place is no joke. So so good.
