Happy Gillis - Missouri

Me and my wife wanted to do something different and try a new brunch place! She found Happy Gillis and there we went to find it packed but we were optimistic and was able to sit and eat by the time we ordered! We definitely will be back, customer service was outstanding and the food was phenomenal

It’s all about the biscuits. Heavenly little creations smothered in your choice of gravy. Super light and fluffy on the inside with a nice crisp outside. Great coffee and friendly staff make this a nice brunch spot.

Delicious! A straightforward and simple menu. I got the classic breakfast with biscuits and a side of sausage gravy. The biscuits were fluffy with a crunchy exterior, the gravy was soupy (in a good way) and packed with flavor, and the bacon was perfectly cooked and crunchy. The service is friendly and the interior is cozy. FYI you order and pay at the counter.

Drove 50 miles to have breakfast. Absolutely worth it! Breakfast never tasted so good!
