Fuji Sushi - Missouri

By far the best sushi place in Missouri! We drive an hour just to enjoy this hidden gem. 5 out of 5 will eat a hundred more times.

We always loved coming here but are officially done. From the sticky tables, and chairs, and filthy bathroom I can't do it anymore. I also don't understand how I can order the same thing every time I come but get something different. The rolls are always made different. This time I brought my daughter who never eats spicy food and found that they decided to cover all of our rolls in spicy sauce. These rolls never use to get spicy sauce.

I was surprised to find such great Sushi in small town Missouri! Traveled a lot and the sushi is some of the best I've had. Excellent menu! The sushi chef is the owner with a great back ground. Visit and get to know him. Very humble!

Arrived at 5pm. The place was empty and the tables dirty. The server was also the sushi chef. He was kind of grumpy. He was arguing with a lady. The green tea was good. The Blackout roll and tempura rolls good. The California roll lacked flavor. The rice didn't taste right. The shrimp asparagus roll was gross. We were not offered plates. We ate off the serving plate. I was afraid the plates would be dirty anyway. Won't return.
