El Maguey Mexican - Missouri

Got our order all wrong. Ordered Caldo Tlalpeno with lime wedge on the side — nope received Caldo De Pollo and no lime wedge. Order 3 hard shell tacos — nope received 3 soft shell tacos. I quickly checked my order before driving away but didn't open the containers. Just made sure we had two containers and soup. I know better now. Very disappointed in this place. Has gone downhill in the last little while. Got charged extra but received sub par service. I'll go to Taco Bell next time.

1st time going to the one out north. Purchased fajitas for 2 cost 36. I was given a 2 ounce salsa for 2 people and was told I would have to pay if we wanted more. No napkins or silverware. The avacado slices weee black. The ratio of onions to meat was 3 times the onions per portion of meat.. All around disappointment. We will never go back.

I ordered a #7 off the menu and it said I would get a Chile Relleno all I got was a tiny piece of one! I told them that it should state a tiny piece of Chile Relleno instead of Chille Relleno on the menu! It was a rip off!

Had pork verde and street tacos. Pretty authentic which I like but I wasn't impressed with the tacos at all and the verde was good but just ok. Steak and chicken were over cooked and kinda dry. Plus I tend to like shredded chicken instead of diced for street tacos for the moisture. Rice seemed fairly low quality as well. Kinda hate what food pricing has done to restaurants! Was really hoping this would be a new favorite spot since the price wasn't terrible. Oh well.
