If you order a sandwich/wrap or salad with any smoothie, you will also save a few dollars you a choice of the page. I ordered the Chia Banane Boost w/peanut butter smoothie. The smoothie alone could be a meal. Customer service is always great.

The food is amazing and the various smoothies they have are awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful and they get everything to you in a timely way
I come with the review and regrettable. I have dined today at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread, which is usually quite delicious. Today I have eaten my sandwich and was about halfway through the meal when I decided I wanted to take out a few pieces of salad to get more of chickens and bacon. I opened the flatbread and immediately noticed something black on my salad and identified that it was a small fly. After I noticed this, I immediately went to the counter and informed an employee who was close to the register. She immediately got her manager and when he came, I immediately showed him the flatbread and the fly on it. Then he looked at me confused and shredded his shoulders. Then he told me he could play the flatbread. In response, I let him know that I really had no appetite, understandably, and I would rather get my money back for this particular article. He then asked me for my reception, which I had not received, and he said I couldn't pick up the order without the amount. That was after I informed him about the ordered articles. I told him if he could give me a moment, I can check my account as I know that the order would also contain a tip that I added to the sum. Another employee went up and looked the order on the opposite register and told him that she found it. Then he went on to process my refund for the flat bread and gave me an entrance for the refund and not even the manager apologized for it. I understand that things happen, but as a customer and someone who worked in customer service, I would definitely be apologetic that every customer was unable to enjoy food they bought. I think an apology is the mere minimum, but I did not receive it, and therefore I will not return. Actually, what I got was the manager first question if the fly landed on my food while I ate it and was not prepared with the fly. Then I answered him and told him that I did not believe that the fly was obviously dead and did not move when I brought him to observation. I will say that before this incident I enjoy the food and the smoothings in this particular place, but I will have to find that elsewhere through my treatment if I have brought this situation to the attention of management.
Service can be met or miss, but if it's a miss its a total miss. We often have from here and time that the order is ready until I go to pick up. A few weeks ago they ran a promo for free smoothies and unfortunately the people who came for free smoothies were much more important than those of us who paid for their food and smoothies. It took 30 minutes and prodding me to get my food after I arrived. We had ordered food and smoothie combos and while the food and 2 of 3 smoothies were done, the last was never done. All people who come for free smoothies have their right away. When I got my last smoothie, the other two were melted and the food was cold. I don't know if I have the patience again. I'd rather take my business somewhere worth it.
