Bidrage med feedbackThe manager tonight, a female names Kash/Cash, had the worst attitude. I patiently waited 30 minutes for my food, curbside after checking in and when my food came (after I called the restaurant for the food) it was cold. 30 minutes of wait and then coldfood? I asked for a refund and still had to wait for an hour. Still did not get any decent response. I hope I don't get charged.The manager said they can't provide a receipt for refund or send an email saying that.
I walked in and was sat at a single booth by the front doors. I waited 10 minutes for my waitress to show up. I ordered bottomless chips, enchilada soup and a caesar salad. I asked that my Caesar come out before everything else so that I have achance to eat it and I ordered a sweet mango tea. My tea was brought out but it was not sweet, it was not mango. my waitressdisappeared and I waited another 20 minutes. Then All of my food was brought all at once and sat on my table. Then shedisappeared again without asking if I needed anything or giving me an opportunity to let her know I needed silverware. I had toget up and go back to the kitchen to find somebody who worked there to ask them for silverware. When I finally sat down and tooka bite of my soup my soup was room temperature!!. At that point I literally just got up and left.............................UPDATE: I went back to this same location and was met with the same type of service.(silly me, I know but I was hoping theywould have fixed whatever the problem was from before) Took them 10 minutes to seat me and that was because I had to call(on myphone)and ask for a manager. Then was sat at a dirty table (see pics). Resat myself only to wait Another 20 minute before I wasable to order. When food came the soup was the wrong one and there was no silverware. At the end I had to ask 3 times for someto go containers and didn't get those until I called the restaurant AGAIN. I never did get my knife and fork and never receiveda bill so I finally just dropped $8 at the table and left. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE?!?
Added, I had a little problem with a DoorDash order missing a product a simple bowl of chicken enchilada suppe. I'll be right there. the 5 stars are for a manager named ashley and their wonderful handling of a situation that was unnecessarily made difficult by the young people who answered my call at the beginning. ashley's understanding for the restaurant business, the chili customer "for so many of our customs, it's really all about the suppe that she said knowingly and the customer relationship overall is stellar because I was an extremely unhappy customer due to the time she got on the phone. before we hanged, I was really happy with her answer to my situation and when I left the restaurant to pick my suppe, we both laughed. she's a guard. P.S. oddly, an unused bowl suppe was in front of the door when I came home. I didn't eat it.
The worst Chillis I have ever been to.The employees are so slow and they take sooo much time to bring your food and even to bring you some napkins, place is dirty and seems like any of the employees care about anything but watching TV.
I have been to this Chilis with my family a number of times and the food and service was good with no issues. It’s been over a year since we had dined. But, We attempted to eat there yesterday and the guy who seated us tossed the menus on the table and walked away and didn’t say a word. Thats not even the worst part. Nearly every table was still dirty and trash was all over the floor. Not an exaggeration. We walked through trash. The table he tossed our menus on was sticky and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. My daughter asked if we could leave and we left. They may be short staffed but the way this place looked and the way this guys treated us they should have just closed for the night. Extremely disappointed!
