Alex in the fish department was uncultivated. When I ordered fish and he asked to simply remove the skin, he was quite rude and denied, said no, it is not possible in a hard, rude way. Note... I've always asked this question and never had such a bad reaction. The staff is new. They are not properly trained, in particular the supervisory authorities. Bottom line the supervisors/managers manage this store as if it were not a Frills supermarket. The fish type behaves like a deeply thinking gangster like a person. He has no skills. Prices for almost everything have increased here, service quality has decreased. Wholefoods Corporate, the note and manage your business better.
I wanted to work my regular foods and a pizza and girl called Shelly in the pizza dept dulled in my order with another girl there, how to take an order from customers and then she had the boldness... criticize me as a customer, not ask questions about pizza making. When I asked about the manager, she was in danger until the manager came. I asked her why she stared at me. She said because I'm looking. I guess there was nothing else for them to do with whole food and it is paid to be rude to customers. Manager Ron came with crossed hands and said nothing when I overheard Shelly talking to him about black life. They accused me of talking about black life matter that is a lie. She uses the political movement to cover up her innocence and unprofessionality towards customers and to ask political questions in a grocery store?! The manager Ron said, "Do you want your pizza? “It’s like a kind of gift or I don’t deserve whole food pizza. I told him that I didn't come for politics for the pizza and still wanted to make my pizza and reminded him this is a grocery store not a political podium and asked him if he had something to say about this terrible customer service experience. He said no. I contacted the main office and wait for her answer. I've been going to this place for many years, but I never had this stupid treatment from an employee or manager.
I woke up this morning to hear that whole food has banned employees from carrying parrots because they do not comply with the dress code. Poppies are a symbol of commemoration for all brave men and women struggling for our...rights and freedoms we enjoy today. Canada is one of the largest countries in the world for its victims. If entire food does not see how important it is to recognize and recognize these victims, they have lost my faith, respect and business forever. I am a regular shopper at Whole Foods but rarely try pre-seasoned foods. Bought 2 marinated beef kabobs. Huge disappointment. Quality of meat was what might have been expected at a much lesser grocery. We grilled to med rare. Meat was very tough flavorless and...chewy. For the price charged they need to step up the game. Won't buy that again. Such a disappointment.
