Tim Hortons - Mississauga

Don’t go to Tim Hortons whete right after security check. it's way too crowded. If yoy walk dowm neat B22, there is smaller Tim Hortons with no line up!

Terrible!That nasty liquid that this people label as coffee is NOT coffee at all. Only they know what it is.

I always missed Timhortons whenever I was away from Canada but not anymore. The environment has completely changed from friendly to kind of hostile. All of a sudden, in few years, Timhortons no more looks like a western country restaurant. Today at around 11:00 am, got a coffee from extremely rude and non friendly girls talking to one another in their own language, uhh.

They don’t have cappuccino in the airport brunch which was disappointed. They just have normal coffee.

The restaurant had long lines, expensive prices, and poor quality. On top of that, they do not participate in the Tim Hortons reward program. The customer service was also lacking, with no smiles in sight. Despite being in an airport, they are still in a customer service position. I couldn't even enjoy my overpriced tea. With no competition, I don't expect any improvements to be made. If you want Tim Hortons before a flight, this is your only option. Will I come back? Yes, but not with much enthusiasm.
