Thai Rice Take Out and Delivery

I have been going here for years, love their thai spicy noodles, my fav Thai takeout place, their service is really good and the lady is super nice. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Had the basil pad Thai and pad see ew, both had the right amount of spice and were flavourful. The portions are huge too, great price, great experience, great food ??Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options with veggies and/or tofu

Absolutely terrible food. Foul tasting and stale. Ordered Pad Thai for takeaway. Out of the containers, the Pad Thai had formed a cake like consistency and needed to be separated using 2 forks yet came out as chunks. The food had an off-putting smell so looked like it was all mass cooked and pre-packed in individual containers waiting to be sold.Shady operations as well with no access to the counter where one would normally expect to see the food prepared and/or packed. Instead you get a small window to collect and pay with no visibility of what's going on inside .. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

Okay so I really want to give this place a 5-star but I cannot. Read why. The food is excellent and tasty with wonderful flavour definitely better than any other “thai” fast food place I have ever tried in malls. Every bite hits you with a “WOW!”. The customer service (over the phone) was nice and we had to wait 30 minutes for this to be made. Now here’s the thing… YOU CANNOT DINE IN?! Like I know covid-19 did not go away but all other restaurants (in December 2022) are open. And I just think it’s not good to not open your restaurant to customers. This is inconvenient and I understand that hiring cleaners or doing the work is not easy but it is still what is part of owning a RESTAURANT versus an at-home cooking shop. I would come here again though to eat, just please open your doors… more widely.
