Subway - Mississauga

I went 6-7 times to this place and always the type that works there, says the grill is out. And I went today at 9:45 clock still the grill does not work the man says, and before he gave the order, I told him to grill my subdivision and he answered yes, but at the end he can not grill because it does not work and without asking me he double toast my subdivision. I would not recommend this place because the guy who works there in the night shift is also rude with customers. and if the grill do not work try to get a new one and also try to give the best service.

So the type of night shift worked, first let me wait for my online order. second, I asked for more wobble and green paprika and both had disappeared in my sandwich. I asked for 4 dresses and it was without sauce!. Is that how people prepare this stuff? n lastly u guys do not have the option to give a review on app so I was was wasting more time on google n give a review

Bad customer service. the subway app canceled my order at its 24-hour location and said no pick-up time available but still charged my credit card. I went in to find out if my order actually went through. that wasn't it. although I showed him the appeal on my credit card statement, he refused to make that sandwich or give me a refund. he called his manager to see what could be done. long story short. nothing. if I wanted what I already paid for, he expected me to pay again, either through the app or in business. he persuaded me, more and more loud, and tried to show me several times that there is no command on his system. I just decided to go out of pure frustration from him, not listen and be very dismaying. I have to call my bank to get back a bill that is not a big thing. that's not the first time I had a problem at this terrible place. employees and the load owners are completely useless and do not care for a good customer service.

These people do not wear $100 change they have rejected to give my sandwich. never back to this damn subway

Convenient location, staff is courteous. They accept the flyer coupons.
