Pizza Nova - Mississauga

Pizza Nova at Port Credit has now reached rock bottom! Once a courteous and excellent pizza for cold nights has lowered their standards and quality . Order their $23.99 two topping medium special, extra sauce, well done with additional 4 toppings arrived undercooked, some burnt pepperoni and toppings sliding off the pie. Their answer is the pizza is well done and saucy hence toppings falling off. I’m a local to the area and usually pick up unfortunately today I asked for delivery. I received the pizza boxes sealed so I could not check at the door while tipping. All together a $50 gone and when I called they spoke to the location and responded with the pizza was well done. Well it was not! You rushed the order, some pepperoni was burnt not crispy and other half was ok. A mess of a pizza! In the area there are more of a dozen choices so therefore I will not ever be ordering again from Pizza Nova nor this location. Amadio Pizza is the only real pizza left over in the area. No more new Canadian owned franchises have no respect for local customers!!

Worst customer service ever.I've never encountered a more disrespectful staff than at this location. They rolled their eyes when I asked a simple question about the menu, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

Just came home disappointed, again, I ordered a thick crust pizza, Checked it in the store, it was burned,the guy told me that because it's thick crust it has to be like this. The worst!

This restaurant has a spacious layout and the staff is very welcoming. The pizza slices are heated to perfection, not too cold or overcooked. However, the prices are on the higher side, around $5 for a pepperoni slice. It may be more economical to order a whole pizza for lunch instead.
