Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I went to this restaurant to celebrate our birthdays with a dinner. For appetizers, we ordered fresh raspberry point oysters and seared beef carpaccio. Although the variety was limited, we enjoyed both dishes. For the main course, I had the veal chop with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, which was unfortunately overcooked. The vegetables were well-cooked, however. My husband had the bison ribeye with a berry sauce and seasonal vegetables, which he loved. We were given a complimentary creme brulee for our birthdays, but it was curdled and gritty. We had to ask for a regular creme brulee from the menu, which was better but not the best. My husband enjoyed the chocolate espresso pate he ordered. The wine list was nice, with beautiful options. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The waiters were not very attentive or pleasant to our table, which was disappointing. Overall, the food was average and the service was lacking, so we were not impressed and would not return to this restaurant.
I regret coming to this restaurant and I will not make the same mistake again. The service was good, but the food was terrible. When we mentioned to our waiter that the lobster tasted strange and had a strong smell, he insisted that it was supposed to be that way.
What a nice and cozy place. Went there for a meal with the wife Was greeted with warmth and smiles Great service all through The bread could've been warm... just felt it was cold... the salmon app was excellent The steak was delicious Great place for a date night
When I looked for a nice restaurant to have dinner with my family celebrating my daughter's birthday I didn't know that this place will be over and above our expectations.. and I regret that I haven't been to this place before... From layout, to lighting, music everything is great, then came the food... so delicious and fresh, excellent quality, and on top of all is the service, very warm, professional and courteous. Definitely this place deserves to be the best in Mississauga.
An amazing place where time seems to stop. The food was as authentic Italian as it gets. The old style architecture made the place seem mesmerizing. I went there on a date with my girlfriend on a Friday evening and yet it didn't seem crowded. The place was a bit difficult to find due to the construction right next to it. But once there I had no complains. We ordered Calamari, shrimp risotto , mango cheesecake and an ice cream thing (with a difficult name) . Everything was delicious. Our server Greg was really polite and helpful. The ambience was rustic and quiet. The place is meant for a romantic date. Family dinner is also something you can consider this place for. I plan to go there as long as the building stands. Needless to say I really recommend it.
