Chicken was super soggy and oily, fries were almost rock hard

Do not order from this location this was my second and LAST time ordering. If you like undercooked rushed chicken this is the place for you. I specifically called and asked for my chicken to be made "well done" as my previous order was undercooked. Poor customer service, poor chefs, waste of money, waste of time. Smh this location is garbage never again!!!! Im not asking for much all I wanted was for my food to be made WELL DONE. Terrible. Very simple request on my end smh.

The never sent me the Flame-Grilled Corn on the Cob , and the 5 PERi-PERi Whole Wings were overburnt . High disappointed

I think this is one of the best places to have chicken. We had a platter which had full chicken , 2 large sides(rice and fries) and 4 slices of garlic bread.Chicken was super yummy giving the smoky flavour, we enjoyed it with the beverages.I would recommend to try the whole chicken and skip the sides if you’re not a fan of sides.Worth visiting Nando’s

The staff was undertrained, confused with the items from the menu their sides. Slightly disappointing to see they don’t even know what’s in the menu. (Training needed!)The food was good in taste, served right. Except for the bun. It was stale. Barely toasted.But…Very limited menu. Very few choices. Nothing like my experience in UK or Middle East. Very basic.Just two drinks besides the usual pops.Had run out of desserts during lunch hour.I don’t blame the location to be honest. Just the franchise needs an uplift with some enticing additions to the menu.
