Drake A Firkin Pub - Mississauga

Pickup wait time is horrible , nobody cares to attend you untill u keep asking them for pickup, its always min 20 to 30 min wait time which is very bad , servers are always busy talking with each other , very poor customer service ! 0

They have your typical pub food here and the service is good. The food tastes pretty good as well. Got the beef dip sandwich with parmesan truffle fries. The sandwich was good and the fries were bomb!

Too many creepy men. The bartender can’t keep up with the amount of people. Got served last call at like 2:15am, pretty sure that’s illegal. The owner visibly argues with guests but doesn’t seem to help service in any way. Pretty pathetic to be honest. Guests are aggressive too and the staff doesn’t do anything about it. Almost like it’s a bunch of thugs who own the place. Really not worth the time or money, only went there cause they are open late. Won’t go again.

Great service. The staff go out of their way to remember their customers' names. Good touch...
