Boston Pizza - Mississauga

It was such an amazing experience we had dealing with Serge, the manager at Boston pizza at Erin mills.He made a retirement party for our associates a memorable one.From now on all our work parties will be at Boston Pizza.Amazing!!

Been coming here to watch the games. Big screens, great vibes, staff is friendly and amazing, patrons are also friendly (always make new friends). The area smells like wet carpet and a bunch of annoying nats flying around. Wish the owner can waive the 1.69$ fee for a side of buffalo sauce with the wings we ordered for killing the nats for him. Do not order extra sauce! Everything else is all good ?

Went in for a bite.we had the bourbon BBQ chicken pizza. It was very tasty. We also tried the new cranberry cringle drink it was so good. I will try it again. Service was quite smooth, with no issues.Parking: No parking issues.

Service was very poor, even though the staff was friendly they lacked sense of servicing a table forgetting to bring plates, cutlery, no clean up after the meal. It is hard for customers to tip after not being able to enjoy a complete service meal, but the card machines prompt from 15% tip . So what do we tip for? Please review your step to serve rules.

Avoid this restaurant if you can!Horrible experience at this Boston Pizza restaurant. The under-trained employee provided false information to boost the prepaid meal card sales. The arrogant store manager refused to refund the card because the card was “activated” by the customer. Very disappointing. Be Aware! Do not buy any prepaid meal card from them!
