Basil Box - Mississauga

Located in the very busy Square One “food central” there are many choices. My first time to try Basil Box and it was excellent. All the fresh food is ready from which you make your choices guided by knowledgeable and cheerful staff. The line moved...quickly and before you know it we are sitting done to enjoy this very flavourful and healthy lunch. I’d come back again. The cashier was also very engaging with patrons.

Best lunch buffet in town. I love their chaats and sweets in particular. Last time I was there for a buffet lunch, I had several servings of chaat and worried looks from the servers... LOL

Whenever I am at Square One, I make sure to dine at Basil Box. Despite the limited selection, the dishes available are all incredibly tasty. My personal favorite is the chicken and tofu option. Not only is everything gluten-free, but you can also choose to go completely vegetarian if you prefer. I always opt for the salad, a refreshing change from the greasy fast food typically found in the area.

I just can't seem to get enough of this place. Everything is sooo good. Can't go wrong with any decision you make. Simply delicious.

A great Southeast Asian restaurant where we start to order from the base and mix/match with other ingredients (I think there are over twelve types to pick or you can ask for all).
