Little Caesars Pizza - Mission

After I have an online order in this store, they still managed to get it wrong, plus the waiting time is terrible

Terrible service! Never again! Ordered online waited the pizza tracker used, came at 6:10 tracker showed that it was not placed in the oven yet. I asked about the order. They said it would not be ready until 6:25 (very rude lady tattoos- no name tag. I came back at 6:22, she pulled it out when the warmer and said “here” and went away. I took pizza home for dinner after I saw a piece biting it was chewing. I took it back and told them it was undercooked, a lady under the name Flor approached me and said that the way it comes out of the oven (she was unapologetic in fact, she said that I cook another for you and if you like it. Very rude customer service in fact no customer service at all. I asked for my money back and it was refunded. Need customer service training, especially Flor and the lady with the tattoos.

The evaluation is based on the service, as the food is constantly good, but the service is sub par. Sometimes they don't use the portal. I use the app to make it comfortable, but the last couple of times my pizza is placed in the warmer instead of the portal and then I have to wait for an employee to help me how often there is not someone waiting to help customers who go.

Worst customer service ever, workers are rude have no manners and managers are simply not taking care! I'd rather go down 10 minutes than order here. I don't know why this facility still works. I have no idea how companies did not deal with all these reviews.

Takes 40min to get a Hot-N-ready. 11-9-22. After 6pm. Manager never came out to the see issue.
