Denny's - Mission Viejo

The eggs over easy were completely burnt. The staff argued with me when I pointed it out. The manager didn't seem to care when I showed him the burnt and greasy mistake they made. I decided to leave and went to a Denny's in El Toro, which is consistently good. I do not recommend going to the Denny's on Alicia in Laguna Hills. The staff there seemed to spend more time hiding in the back and socializing.

The cleanest Denny's I have ever visited. Great service. At some restaurants eggs can be runny or rubbery. They were perfect at the Mission Viejo Denny's.

I apologize for the experience I had during my visit today. After having a positive experience at a Denny's in Oceanside, I decided to visit the one in Mission Viejo. However, I was disappointed with the food quality this time. The mac and cheese was dry, the salmon lacked flavor, and the chicken tenders seemed old. The Bourbon Chicken was undercooked and drowned in sauce. The only decent item was the double cheeseburger. The food was much better at the previous location. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding this Denny's in the future.

My family and I visited this morning and received the best customer service. Our waitress was friendly and polite when taking our orders. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this Denny's.

It was good service. Saturday around 10:30 I would say. Waiting of about 5 minutes before getting seated. The seats in our booth had food and what looked like water but it was sticky. We asked the host for some napkins or rags, he brought napkins andleft. So we cleaned up our own seats. Maggi was our waitress!! She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She greeted usnicely, and took our orders promptly. Maggi checked up on us regularly. Food was ready quickly and it was good, not great, butit was good. We enjoyed our time in there. Noise level was average.
