Bersa Street Food - Miskolc

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Walked into the restaurant with 3 kids, 1 with allergies. Told the service that we just wanted 3 burgers with only cheese and the patty. We sit down brings out a burger with everything on it. I told the server that the order was wrong and they started to give us attitude and told us to shut up and eat the food. We were speaking English in the restaurant and the cook said in Hungary “they can speak Hungarian why are they speaking English”

Overcooked burger from low quality meat. Gourmet means lots of random stuff in your burger with no concern whether these work together or not. (They did not. The chips was fine though.

Quality burger made from quality beef! Tasty chips, I only miss beer from tap (coming soon, promised) Highly recommended! Keep going guys!

Good quality food for ok prices. Clean place, friendly sellers and fast service. Also takes order from online, and they take out the orders pretty fast.
